KIDS POLICY: Kids are welcome in our Hotel, children up to three years of age stay free in our structure and there is no bed for them, it is possible to book a cot for 10€ per night.
Children from three years of age are included in our price list as “adults” for them there is a bed and towels.

ALL OUR APARTMENTS/ROOMS ARE NO-SMOKING

PETS
We love animals and they are always welcome, for them there is a supplement of 10 € per day, we will provide bowls for water and food, blanket and a little present.

The Hotel may pre-authorize 0.01€ to verify your card, if the credit card is not valid the hotel can cancel the reservation.
The day of the check in on the same card we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the stay.

Groups & Events
For small numbers of individuals and in low season we can host carefully crafted experience, small groups or focused business meeting. We are happy to host weddings.
Gift Vouchers can have different conditions like period, type of room, type of product, total amount of euro. Every voucher has redeem code with an expiring date, after this date it is no more valid. Standard rate is applied for prepaid Voucher with open calendar.

Cancellation policy

FLEX RATE: provides for free cancellation up to the seventh day before arrival, from the sixth day onwards 50% of the stay will be charged,
in case of positive COVID-19 with a valid certificate, cancellation is free up to the seventh day before arrival, from the sixth day onwards 50% of the stay will be charged and a voucher of this amount will be issued for a future stay.

NOT REFUNDABLE RATE: the amount of total stay will be charged in case of cancellation.
In case of a positive COVID-19 with a valid certificate, a voucher will be issued with a validity of one year from issue, equal to the total amount of the reservation that can be used for a future stay.

N.B: for cancellation charges the amount will be charged to the credit card as a guarantee provided at the time of booking

How far is the Hotel from Salò? The hotel is 3.9km far from the center of Salò.
How to get there? We recommend to reach us by car as activities such as restaurant bars, etc. are at least one km away from the structure.
Can I reserve a private car parking? The reservation is not requeste, we have a free parking space available for apartment, under video surveillance.
Wi-fi? Wi-fi is available throughout the structure, you will find the password in your apartment.
Do you have a laundry room available for guests? Laundry with washing machines and dryers on the ground floor, with free detergents on the reception
Can I invite people to greet me during the holiday? Sure, but they have to register at the reception. Your safety is always our top priority!
Can I check-in after 6.30 pm? certainly, we have provided security boxes outside the reception so you can independently collect your room / apartment keys, just send all the personal documents of the booking components to our whatsapp number +39 3894364957, and we will provide you with the instructions to open the safety box
Can I have late check-out / early check-in? Depending on the availability of the structure, late check out is possible, at a cost of 80% of the standard rate. The room must be vacated by 18:00 hours.
Can I add days to my holiday? Ask at the reception, based on availability they will try to help you extend your holiday!
I want to come with my kids. Children are welcome, but they must always be under parental supervision!
Do you have a cot and high chair available for my babies? Ask at the reception and they will be prepared in the apartment for your arrival.
Can I have a vegan or allergy free breakfast? Our restaurant prepares fresh breakfasts every day so if you have special requests ask at the reception and tell us about any allergies
Do you have a jetty for boats? Yes will be available, for prices and information ask at the Reception.
Is your pool accessible all year round? Our swimming pool is open all year round, with a temperature of 28 degrees all year.
Conditions of dogs in the facility? They pay 10€ per day per Dog. They cannot enter the pool – they will receive a welcome gift, bowl with placemat, pillow and mat – and that there is dog sitting service on request.
Is there a beach nearby? There is a public beach a few meters in front of the property.
Can I be picked up by a boat at the dock opposite? Certainly, ask at the reception they will tell you the best boat service in the area!
Can i bring my bike, sup, other sports equipment? Of course, you can find a sports equipment storage room in the basement, while the bike storage is in the basement on ground floor 0.
How can i organize a romantic / special moment? We have wonderful offers / services for your special occasions, ask at the reception and we will be happy to help you organize an unforgettable moment!
Room service drinks and food? Of course, the drinks and food service is always active, ask at the reception.
Taxi service? A specialized taxi will come to pick you up directly at the facility, just ask at the reception.
Wine tour / experiences? We can find you a lot of great things to do, we have great wine partners!
How do electric charging stations work? to charge your electric vehicle, contact the reception, we will give you all the information!
I don’t want to wash my clothes, can I have them taken to the laundry? You will find in the room a disposable laundry bag and a form to fill out, we will arrange for your clean clothes to be delivered to your room.
Fresh flower service? Fresh flowers tailored to your needs will be delivered, ask at the reception
